Yami Creator Program Agreement

1. Commission Structure
Creators earn a percentage of each qualifying sale made through their unique promo code or affiliate link. Commission rates are set by Yami and may vary by product category.

2. Prohibited Activities
Self-purchasing using your own affiliate code is strictly prohibited. Creators must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or any deceptive practices.

3. FTC Compliance
All creators must disclose their affiliate relationship with Yami per FTC guidelines. Use #ad or #sponsored in all promotional content.

4. Commission Status
Commissions are confirmed after successful delivery. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn commission. Pending commissions are held until delivery is confirmed.

5. Payout Terms
Payouts are processed monthly. A completed tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) is required before any payouts can be issued.

6. Termination
Yami reserves the right to terminate any creator account that violates these terms. Earned but unpaid commissions will be paid out upon termination.
