Affiliate Terms & Policies
Yami Creator Program Agreement
1. Commission Structure Creators earn a percentage of each qualifying sale made through their unique promo code or affiliate link. Commission rates are set by Yami and may vary by product category.
2. Prohibited Activities Self-purchasing using your own affiliate code is strictly prohibited. Creators must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or any deceptive practices.
3. FTC Compliance All creators must disclose their affiliate relationship with Yami per FTC guidelines. Use #ad or #sponsored in all promotional content.
4. Commission Status Commissions are confirmed after successful delivery. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn commission. Pending commissions are held until delivery is confirmed.
5. Payout Terms Payouts are processed monthly. A completed tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) is required before any payouts can be issued.
6. Termination Yami reserves the right to terminate any creator account that violates these terms. Earned but unpaid commissions will be paid out upon termination.

How do I get paid? +
Commissions are processed monthly. Once your tax form is submitted and verified, payouts are sent to your registered payment method by the 15th of each month for the prior month's confirmed earnings.
How long does commission take to confirm? +
Commissions move from Pending to Confirmed once the buyer's package has been delivered. This usually takes 3-7 business days after the order ships.
Can I use my own promo code to buy for myself? +
No. Self-purchasing using your own affiliate code is strictly prohibited per our Affiliate Terms. Doing so may result in account suspension.
How do free samples work? +
You can claim one free sample at a time. The order ships at $0. Once you post content featuring the sample, you can claim another. Samples are refreshed monthly.
What are collections and how do they work? +
Collections let you group products into a shareable page with your tracking link. Perfect for haul videos, themed posts, or curated recommendations. Share the collection link and earn commission on any product purchased.
